  2. Nov 24,  · Ive seen this album referred to as a "less fun, more introspective" and "post rehab" T.O.P. The great thing is the 'heavier' songs 'Decision' or 'Please Come to Stay' have the earnest Passion that Tower brings to the party songs. I was never Thankful that I found a band/album till Tower of Power and T.O.P/5(16).
